Blake Lively one of my favorite just easy to look at young celeb was spotted hailing a cab in NYC in a very Fall Chic New York kind of outfit, but what makes this look fierce besides the pumpkin just kidding is no not her gorgeous wavy hair , but her ankle strapped shoes! I love how it’s wrapped around her skinnies…almost looks like it’s part of the pants. Now if they start making pants like this, I’m all over it!
