My friends and I were celebrating a birthday at Surf City, a new waterfront bar in Jersey City. I wish I had gotten pics of everyone, but my blog mode can get annoying sometimes when people just want to engage in conversation and drink 
Nonetheless, if you’re looking for something to do…even if you live in the city it’s worth going to this place.
They have 4 bars, great views, and lots of seating.
Because of the laid back atmosphere, I decided to throw on a dress that I would wear over a bathing suit and dress it up a little bit. Abstract art dress ALLOY for $19.90! 
Meet Stephanie, my friend on the left otherwise known as “Charlotte” from Sex & The City, and Danielle, Co-Founder of iloveagood.com. I loved Danielle’s pajama inspired pants from Blanco in Barcelona. A great option for after work drinks in a beach like setting. ”Charlotte” you also looked fab in your retro inspired ensemble.

Meet Clarice & Margie BFF’s for almost “2 decades” as Margie put it…jokingly..sort of hehehee. Don’t they look great in neon!

Last but not least, a fire pit which you can sit around. This place also has indoor seating.
It was pretty easy to get here from NYC. Hopped on the Path, got off at Grove Street, and followed Marin Blvd a few blocks. I hope I have the chance to come back, if not…go and have a drink for me!
